Vintage Clay

Whilst visiting relatives recently I found some "ol' faithful", first attempts at clay and thought I just had to share them!

Below is a pasta jar covered with lots of slices of veggie canes - yum.

Our first home - so much cheaper than what they are going for today and easier to keep clean too.

A table topper bike covered with clay pansies.

And finally, Santa comes to town ... and boy has he been stocking up on those mince pies.

Polymer Play Days 2009

I was so excited that Polymer Play Days 2009 was once again going to be in Ilkeston, Derbyshire. This is about 30 minutes from where I live and I was soooo gutted last year when I found out that Play Days 2008 was due to take place when I was on holiday. This year I certainly wasn't going to miss out.

I had such a fab 3 days, enjoyed 6 great workshops given by very gifted and lovely tutors and met loads of other polyclay enthusiasts. Alot of the peeps I met had poly-blogs so I was inspired to start my own and tell the world of my poly play sessions.

So here I am...
